What If Life Is a Series Of Choices and Consequences?

What if there is a universal “Prime Directive” that we all have free will?

Would that mean everything in life is our own choice and the consequences of the choices we make?

Does this mean, we all have the choice to be rich or poor, to be smart or dumb, and possibly …. how long we can live and when we will die?

Is this “Prime Directive”, is this universal free will, is this possible choice of how long we can live here on Earth … Is this a secret, perhaps The Secret, to physical immortality?
